We own Gentle Turns Non Emergency Medical Transportation and were in need for body repair work on several of our vehicles. From the time I 1st spoke with Kim and Jaime to the final delivery of our vehicles I could not have been more pleased. The service, communication and delivery were exceptional. As a small local/family owned company we love working with other small local/family owned companies. Kudos to JM Collision and their service.

Super impressed with these guys! They are detail oriented and got the job done quicker than I expected considering the amount of work they had to do! They also did a good job estimating and communicated well throughout the process. Most important it looks factory fresh again! Can’t find anything to complain about, the paint matches perfect and everything is lined up nice. Thanks again!

JM Collision came to the rescue for me! I unfortunately got paint splattered all over my car after the car in front of me ran over
Something that had paint on it. Tried everything myself and could not get the paint off. Called JM Collision in hopes they could help and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. Not only is the whole staff friendly, caring, and knowledgeable but the best part is they made my car look back to normal in no time! Highly recommend!

Absolutely the BEST experience!

JM Collision Center exceeded all of my expectations! I stopped in randomly one day to get a quote for a small paint job and to repair my fender brackets. Not only did I leave with a fair and transparent estimate the same day, but they also let me know I could bring my vehicle in whenever it was convenient for me—and they’d take care of the rest.

Jamison, the estimator, was great to work with, and the entire team—John (the owner), his wife, and Jenna—went above and beyond to ensure the repairs were completed quickly and with care. They were honest, kind, and even made suggestions that helped me save money.

What stood out most was their customer service and how knowledgeable John was, especially about my Jeep (he’s a fellow Jeep owner!). That kind of insight and personal touch made all the difference.

I’m extremely happy with the outcome and will definitely be returning to JM Collision Center for any future auto repairs. Thank you again for taking such great care of me and my Jeep!

Amazing Work and Great Service!

I had my front bumper replaced and couldn’t be happier with the results. The team did an incredible job — the paint match is flawless and blends perfectly with the rest of the car. Everything looks brand new. They were professional, efficient, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Highly recommend their work if you want quality and attention to detail!

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for all the help you provided in fixing my wrecked Jeep. Your generosity and willingness to lend a hand during such a challenging time meant more to me than words can express.

John, your expertise and meticulous attention to detail were invaluable in getting my Jeep back on the road. Jenna, your support and encouragement throughout the process were a great source of comfort. Together, you both made what seemed like an insurmountable task manageable and even enjoyable.
-Cheers!!

Thank you to John, Jamie and the entire team at JM Collision Center for repairing my 2020 Tacoma back to perfection! I highly recommend JM Collision Center after they completed my truck in a timely matter and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the results. They are a small local business, so they really treat you like family from the moment you walk in, unlike previous body shops I’ve been to. I recently took my truck to JM Collision Center to repair some damage to the fender panel, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results! The team did an outstanding job making it look like new again, matching the factory finish perfectly.

Jamie was fantastic to work with—very professional and kept me updated throughout the process. I've known Johnny, the owner, for a while, and it was great to see his dedication to quality work and customer satisfaction firsthand. He runs an excellent shop with a skilled team, and it truly shows in the attention to detail they put into every repair.

Where to start... JM collision is the best collision shop in the valley by far! John and his tram do the best paint work I have ever seen. They go above and beyond working and battling with insurance companies to get you the best parts and services available. They absolutely killed it on our 2013 328i making our now 8 year old vehicle with 108k miles look nearly brand new. After being side swiped on the freeway over a year ago and USAA dropping the ball on our claim. We dropped the car at JM and had the claim re activated and they handled the rest! It was so easy and painless after over a year of fighting with USAA, JM got the job done in only a couple weeks! We will most definitely be returning customers pending disaster hits us again! Thank you JM!

JM Collision is an outstanding third-generation family-owned business that clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. Their team is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every step of the repair process, from paint types and coatings to repairs. What really stands out is their commitment to making sure a vehicle is not only restored cosmetically but also thoroughly inspected for any damage that could affect its safety and performance. If you're looking for a collision repair shop that values quality, transparency, and customer care, I highly recommend JM Collision!

Throughout the entire process, their communication was excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way, including updates on when parts would arrive and the status of the repairs. Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail really stood out!!

I highly recommend JM Collision Center to anyone looking for fast, high-quality work and exceptional customer service. Thank you for making the entire experience so easy!

I cannot recommend JM Collision enough! Getting into a car accident is stressful as it is, but dealing with insurance companies afterward can feel completely overwhelming & downright unfair. I connected with this family-owned company at the Laveen BBQ a couple months ago, so I knew exactly who to call when this unfortunate event happened.

From day one, the team at JM Collision didn't just treat me like another job. They truly had my back as a customer and I knew I was in great hands.

What sets them apart is how hard they fight for you. They don't just fix the vehicle; they advocate for you through the entire process. I am so incredibly grateful for their unseen efforts, the countless phone calls, the meticulous documentation, and all the behind-the-scenes work they put in to make sure things were handled the right way. They stood their ground and fought for me when it mattered most, and that kind of integrity is rare to find these days.

If you want a shop that does flawless work and actually cares about the person behind the wheel, take your car here.

Thank you, JM Collision team, for everything you did for me!

JM Collision absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, you can tell this isn’t just another body shop it’s a place that genuinely cares. The whole team operates with a level of transparency and honesty that’s hard to find these days. No runaround, no surprises—just straight-up good business.
What really stood out was the atmosphere. It has that rare “family vibe” where you feel taken care of, not just processed like another ticket. They treat your car like it’s their own, paying attention to the details and making sure everything is done right the first time.
The quality of the work speaks for itself—top-notch across the board. If you’re looking for a collision shop you can trust without second-guessing anything, JM Collision is the place. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. John and his crew are top of the line.

I was looking for a body shop to secure my lose fitting car seat covers and found JM Collision. I called and talked to Kim who stated they don’t normally do that but come on in anyway. They were so kind and helpful, Jaime came out to the car tightened up the seat covers and sent me on my way. They truly believe in customer service as I needed something that was not included in their services. I have nothing but great things to say about JM Collision! John, Jamie, and Jenna were all HUGE help throughout the process. John scheduled my vehicle to be picked up immediately after speaking with him. Although my insurance decided to claim my vehicle a total loss they continued helping and answering my questions till I was paid out by insurance. They kept in touch with me till my insurance claim closed and even made very helpful suggestions for future reference to insure and protect myself if anything were to occur again. Outstanding service from beginning to end.

We had a rare and unfortunate situation with our vehicle and JM Collision was amazing to work with. Highly recommend!

My vehicle was a launch edition and, before I had even received the permanent plates, I needed a whole door replaced. The manufactures didn’t even have part numbers for the replacement, we were told they didn’t even exist yet!

The staff at JM Collision worked tirelessly, stayed in constant contact with the manufacturer, and dealerships across the country, in an attempt to expedite the process, find the parts, and get us our vehicle back in a timely matter. They kept us updated the entire time, their communication was excellent.

Once the parts were finally received they worked quickly and the vehicle was ready just a couple days later. The door looks flawless. Truly, the same as it did the day we purchased the vehicle.

They left nothing to remind my husband I backed out of the garage with the door open. We are super thankful and would recommend them to anyone needing collision repair work!
